作业治疗在精神分裂症康复中的作用

目的：探讨作业治疗对精神分裂症患者阳性、阴性症状和社会功能的改善作用。方法：将住我院的60例精神分裂症患者随机分为二组,30人为治疗组,参加作业治疗8周,对照组30人。采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）及护士用住院患者观察量表（NOSIE）评定疗效。结果：予作业治疗8周后,治疗组阳性与阴性症状量表因子分治疗前后比较有极显著差异,P〈0.001;护士用住院患者观察量表除了精神病表现P〈0.05外,其它6个因子均P〈0.001。对照组阳性与阴性症状量表因子分前后比较无差异,P〉0.05;护士用住院患者观察量表精神病表现及退缩2个因子P〉0.05。结论：作业治疗对长期住院的慢性精神分裂症患者的减轻病情、恢复或改善心理与躯体的功能、帮助学习和掌握如何适应生活及工作的技巧是有一定疗效的。

The role of occupational therapy to schizophrenic inpatients' rehabilitation

Objective:To observe the improvement of occupational therapy to schizophrenic inpatients' positive symptoms,negative symptoms and social function.Methods:Dividing 60 chronic schizophrenic inpatients of my hospital into two groups,30 inpatients are in therapy group,they participate the occupational therapy for eight weeks,30 inpatients are in comparing group.I use Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS) and Nurses' Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation(NOSIE)to evaluate the results.Results: After eight weeks' occupational therapy,Treatment group's Positive and Negative Symptom Scale factors' scores after therapy are obvious different from the scores before therapy,P<0.001,in Nurses' Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation,except the mental illness performance P<0.05,the other six factors are all performance P<0.001.Comparing group's Positive and Negative Symptom Scale factors' scores after therapy are no different from the scores before therapy,P>0.05,in Nurses' Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation,the mental illness performance and retreat two factors P>0.05.Conclusions: Occupational therapy is effect to the definitive hospitalization chronic schizophrenic inpatients for reducing illness,restoring or improving mental and physical function,studying and mastering how to adapt to life and work.
