以推拿为主综合治疗重症腰椎间盘突出症121例

目的：观察以推拿为主，配合针灸、牵引综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症（LDP）的疗效。方法：急性期只用推拿及针灸治疗，一般上午推拿，下午针灸；针灸推拿治疗1疗程后，疼痛减轻，加牵引治疗。治疗6d为1疗程，休息1d进行第2疗程治疗，以此类推治疗满4～6疗程。结果：经过4～6个疗程正规治疗，121例重症LDP患者中，治愈87例，约占72％，显效22例，约占18％，未愈12例，约占10％，总有效率为90％．结论：绝大多数腰椎间盘突出症者只要经系统推拿、针灸、牵引治疗，均能取得满意疗效。

By Manipulative and Body-Based Practices Comprehensive Treatment of 121 Cases of Severe Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective： To observe the massage mainly with acupuncture, traction comprehensive treat- ment of lumbar disc herniation （LDP） efficacy. Methods ： our hospital in January 1998 to December 2008 among 121 patients admitted to LDP in patients with severe acute phase only massage and acupuncture treatment, the general morning massage, acupuncture pm ; acupuncture massage therapy after a course of treatment, the pain reduced plus traction therapy. A course of treatment last for 6 days and rest one day before a second course of treatment, and so on at least four to six treatment courses. Results： After 4 -6 regular course of treatment, 121 patients with severe LDP patients, cured 87 cases, accounting for about 72%, effective in 22 cases, accounting for 18%, healed in 12 cases, accounting for about 10% , the total effective rate was 90%. Conclusion： the vast majority of those with lumbar disc herniation through the system as long as massage, acupuncture, traction therapy, can achieve satisfactory effect.
