| 摘 要： | 本文报告24例创伤性胃破裂，均行外科手术治疗．治愈22例，死亡2例．作者认为上腹部刀刺伤是该病的主要原因。作者主张早期抗休克，仔细探查腹腔，单纯胃修补，彻底冲洗引流腹腔，对防止术后并发症减少死亡率十分重要．

| Abstract: | Twenty-four cases with ruptured Stomach of trauma were reported and all operated. 22cases were cored, and 2 cases died. We considered that epigastrium trauma of stab was main reasonleading to ruptured stomach, and suggested early treating shock, carefully detecting the peritoneal cavityperforming simple gastrorrhaphy, completely making the douche and drainage of peritoneal cavity. Thepostoperative complication and mortality could be decreased. |
