Ⅱ型糖尿病患者角膜厚度的变化

目的检测Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的角膜厚度，以评价其角膜内皮细胞功能。方法应用SP-3000型角膜测厚仪对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者30例（60只眼）进行测量，分别计算角膜中央厚度，角膜中心外1．5mm及4．5mm3、6、9、12点共9个位点平均角膜厚度，以正常健康人作为对照。结果Ⅱ型糖尿病患者与对照组比较，各部位角膜厚度均有增加，平均角膜厚度增加3．09％～4．29％，有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的角膜厚度比正常人增加，提示内皮细胞功能低下。

On the changes of corneal thickness in patients with type-Ⅱ diabetes

Objective To evaluate the function of the corneal endothelial cell through measuring the corneal thickness in type-Ⅱ diabetic patients. Methods The SP-3000 pachymeter was used to investigate the average corneal thickness in the position of central,1.5mm, and 4.5mm distance from the center of cornea in 30 cases （ 60eyes） with type -Ⅱ diabetes. Results Compared with the normal people group ,in type-Ⅱ diabetic patients group, all corneal thickness in different postions were signicanfly different （ P 〈0. 05 ）, the average corneal thickness in type-Ⅱ diabetic patients were increased 3. 09 % -4.29 %. Conclusion The corneal thickness in type-If diabetic patients were thicken than in normal people, it was hinted that the function of the corneal endothelial cell is low.
