丙戊酸钠联合甲基强的松龙治疗大鼠坐骨神经损伤的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察丙戊酸钠和甲基强的松龙联合应用在大鼠坐骨神经损伤修复中的作用。方法采用Wister大鼠36只,雌雄不限,随机分为4组,制作右侧坐骨神经横断损伤模型。A组为对照组,术后不予干预;B组术后即刻甲基强的松龙(methylprednisolone,Mp)15mg/kg,再按维持剂量2.5mg/kg/h计算24h给药量,分3次给肌注,连用1周。C组术后用丙戊酸钠30mg/kg/d,分两次灌胃,连用6周;D组联用B、C组用药,连用6周。结果SFI评价及轴突计数显示:B、C、D组,与A组相比差异有显著性,B、C组间差异无显著性,D与B、C两组比较,差异有显著性。结论丙戊酸钠与甲基强的松龙联合治疗大鼠坐骨神经损伤比两者单用可明显促进坐骨神经修复。

Research of the valproic acid and methyl-prednisolone combination in the rat sciatic nerve injury

Abstract:Objective Observation the role of the valproic acid and methyl-prednisolone combination in the rat sciatic nerve injury and repair. Methods Wister rats were used 36,of either sex were randomly divided into four groups,making the right sciatic nerve injury model clamp. A group for the control group,and non-intervention; after the surgery B group immediately use methylprednisolone (methylprednisolone,Mp) 15mg/kg,And then calculation a maintenance dose of 2.5mg/kg/h for 24-hour volume,in three installments to the intramuscular injection,continuous application of a week; C group use valproic acid 30mg/kg/d after the surgery,and divided in two gavage,continuous application of six weeks. D Group conjunction B and C group,continuous application of six weeks. Results Compared with the A group,B,C,D group differences were dominant. B,C group was no significant difference between. D and B,C groups,the difference was significant. Conclusion Compared to the two drugs use alone,valproic acid in combination with methylprednisolone could significantly promote the sciatic nerve repair.
