| 摘 要： | 目的了解过氧化氢消毒液对白色念珠菌的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对9种市售过氧化氢产品杀灭白色念珠菌的效果进行了实验室观察。结果9种市售含量为30 g/L的过氧化氢消毒液中的7种对悬液内白色念珠菌作用15 min,平均杀灭对数值均小于2.0。只有一种市售过氧化氢消毒液对白色念珠菌作用10 min,平均杀灭对数值大于5.0。另一种市售过氧化氢消毒液对白色念珠菌作用15 min,平均杀灭对数值大于5.0。本实验室自制30 g/L过氧化氢溶液,对白色念珠菌作用15 min,平均杀灭对数值均小于1.0。结论9种市售含量30 g/L过氧化氢消毒液多数在15 min内对白色念珠菌达不到消毒合格要求。
