葡萄球菌医院感染及耐药性变迁

摘    要:目的 分析我院近3年来葡萄球菌感染的分布及耐药性变化, 为病原学调查及治疗提供依据。方法 采用常规方法对我院各类标本进行分离培养, 采用英国先德半自动细菌分析系统对分离的细菌进行鉴定及药敏试验。结果 共分离葡萄球菌549株, 其中以金黄色葡萄球菌(SA) 占第一位; 葡萄球菌及凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS) 的检出率呈逐年上升趋势; 对葡萄球菌保持抗菌活性较强而耐药率<37%的抗菌药物有万古霉素、利福平;3年来葡萄球菌对青霉素、苯唑青霉素、环丙沙星、红霉素、克林霉素的耐药率有增高趋势, 耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA) 及耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS) 的检出率分别上升了7 5%及11 9%。结论 细菌室应重视耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS) 的检出及报告, 根据药敏结果选用抗菌药物, 及时有效控制葡萄球菌医院感染。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the trend of distribution and drug resistance of staphylococcus in nosocomial infection during the last three years in our hospital Methods Strain collected from daily specimens were identified and drug resistanted with sensititre bacteria analysis system Results Among 549 staphylococcus strains collected,staphylococcus aureus(SA)were predominant The infection rates of staphylococcus and coagulase negative staphylococcus(CNS)were increasing year by year The resistance rates to vancomycin and rifampicin were less than 37% The drug resistance rates of penicillin,oxacillin,ciprofloxacin,erythromycin,and clindamycin appeared increasing trend The infection rates of meticillin resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)and meticillin resistant coagulase negative staphylococcus(MRCNS)increased 7 5% and 11 9% Conclusions For effective supervision and control of staphylococcus infection,detection of meticillin resistant staphylococcus(MRS)should be paid much attention by clinical microbiology laboratory To choice antibiotic for the treatment of staphylococcus infection should be based on the drug sensitive trial
