针刺大椎穴治疗外感高热133例综合评价

目的探寻治疗外感高热及提高其综合疗效的有效针灸疗法。方法将患者261例随机分为治疗组133例与对照组128例,治疗组电针大椎穴,治疗组肌注安痛定注射液;观察24h即时退热效果及疗效。结果治疗组治疗后各时点体温均低于对照组,起效时间短于对照组;治疗组恶寒、肢体酸痛、头痛、汗出症状缓解起效时间及恶寒、头痛消失时间均短于对照组短;相关症状积分下降值于2、6、12、24h均高于对照组,综合疗效于2、6、12、24h均优于对照组。结论针刺大椎穴治疗外感高热疗效确切。

The Effects of Acupuncture on Dazhui(GV14) on 138 Patients with High Fever Due to Invasion of Exogenous Pathogens

Objective:To search for an effective acupunctre-moxibustion therapy for Common Cold Due to Invasion of Exogenous Pathogens.Methods:276 patients were randomly assigned to the observation group(138 cases) and the control group(138 cases). Patients in the observation group were treated by electroacupuncture on Dazhui(GV14),while in the control group were given antondinie injection.Observed the prompt effects of abating fever and clinical curative effect in the 24 hours.Results:After treatment,the temperature of patients in the observation group were lower than in the control group at every observation time points and the time of producing effect of the observation group was shorter than of the control group.The times of producing effect of aversion to cold,arthordynia of the extremities,and headache's in the observation group were shorter than of the control group,and the cured times of those in the observation group were shorter than of the control group.The scores of those symptoms descending value of the observation group were more than of the control group at 2,6,12,24h after treatment.The synthetical curative effects of the observation group were better than of the control group.Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncturing on Dazhui(GV14) has a definite therapeutic effect for High Fever Due to Invasion of Exogenous Pathogens.
