| 摘 要： | 前列腺增生和前列腺肿瘤是影响老年男性生活质量的主要疾病 ,褪黑素是松果腺分泌的一种重要激素 ,具有广泛的生理作用。有报道 ,褪黑素对前列腺增生和前列腺肿瘤的发生发展均有影响 ,并且在前列腺组织中发现有褪黑素特异性受体存在。该文对这方面近年来的研究进展作一综述

| Abstract: | Benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate neoplasm were mainly disease which affect the living of the aging. Melatonin was a mainly hormone secreted by the pineal gland, which had a broad physiological effect. It was reported that melatonin affected the occurrence and development of the two diseases, meanwhile, the special melatonin binding site existed in the prostate tissue had been proved. This review focuses on recent progress in the studies about the aspects. |
