依达拉奉联合脑心通胶囊治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效观察

目的：探讨依达拉奉联合脑心通胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的有效性。方法将78例急性脑梗死的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组：对照组给予吡拉西坦和丹参滴注液治疗，治疗组给予依达拉奉联合脑心通胶囊治疗。观察2组治疗前后临床疗效。结果治疗前2组BI及ESS评分无显著性差异（ P＞0．05），治疗7、14、28 d后，治疗组BI及ESS评分均显著高于对照组（P＜0．05或P＜0．01）；治疗28 d后，2组的显效率及有效率差异有显著性（P＜0．05），治疗组均明显优于对照组。结论依达拉奉联合脑心通胶囊治疗急性脑梗死，可取得满意的治疗效果。

Clinical effect observation of edaravone combined with naoxintong capsule in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the curative effect of edaravone combined with naoxintong capsule in treatment of acute cerebral infarction .Methods 78 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into a treatment group and a con -trol group.The control group was given piracetam and danshen injection treatment .The treatment group was treated with edara-vone combined with naoxintong .The two groups were observed before and after treatment .Results The two groups＇ESS and BI scores had no significant difference before treatment （P＆gt;0.05）.7, 14,and 28 days after treatment,the treatment group＇s ESS and BI scores were significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.28 days after treatment,the effi-ciency and the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclu-sion Edaravone combined naoxintong capsule in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can achieve a satisfactory therapeu -tic effect .It is worth promoting .
