甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊联合左西替利嗪、地奈德治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效观察

目的探讨甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊联合左西替利嗪、地奈德治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法74例患者随机分为2组：治疗组38例口服甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊3粒，3次／d，每晚口服左西替利嗪片5mg，外用地奈德乳膏1次。对照组36例仅给予左西替利嗪和地奈德治疗。2组患者均连续治疗10d。疗程结束后判定疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为78．9％和52．8％，治疗组优于对照组，2组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），2组患者均无严重不良反应。结论甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊联合左西替利嗪、地奈德治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效显著，副作用小。

Clinical research of diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric capsule combined with levocetirizine dihydrochloride and desonide in treatment of pityriasis rosea

Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric capsule com- bined with levocetirizine dihydrochloride and desonide in treatment of pityriasis rosea. Methods 74 patients were randomized into two groups. 38 cases in the treatment group were given 3 diammonium glycyrrhizinate emetic capsules orally,3 times/d, coupled with 5 mg levocetirizine dihydrochloride orally, and external application of topical desonide cream once a night. In con- trast ,the control group only received levocetirizine dihydrochloride and desonide. Both groups were treated l0 days continuous- ly. At the end of the treatment, efficacy and side effects were evaluated. Results The effective rate of the treatment group and control group were respectively 78.9% and 52.8%. The difference between the two groups was significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- elusion The curative effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric capsule combined with levocetirizine dihydrochloride and desonide in treatment of pityriasis rosea is significant with slight side effects.
