下呼吸道感染患者感染性指标相关性分析

目的：探讨下呼吸道感染患者体内降钙素原（PCT）、C反应蛋白（CRP）与白细胞（WBC）的相关性，为临床诊治提供参考。方法收集120例下呼吸道感染患者外周血标本，进行 WBC 计数、中性粒细胞百分比（NEUT％）、PCT及CRP检测。结果120例下呼吸道感染患者中，PCT≤0．05 ng/mL组与 PCT＞0．05 ng/mL组CRP、WBC、NEUT％比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；不同CRP水平组间，PCT≤0．05 ng/mL患者所占比例与PCT＞0．05 ng/mL患者所占比例比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 PCT、CRP和 WBC三者具有较好的相关性，用于下呼吸道感染早期诊断时，相互结合分析对临床诊治的意义更大。

Correlation between PCT,CRP and WBC in patients with lower respiratory tract infection

Objective To explore the correlation between procalcitonin （PCT）,C-reactive protein （CRP）and white blood cells （WBC）in patients with lower respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 120 patients with lower respiratory tract infection were enrolled and detected for WBC,percentage of neutrophil （NEUT%）,PCT and CRP.Results In patients with different levels of PCT,the differences of CRP,WBC and NEUT% were significant （P＆lt;0.05）.In patients with different levels of CRP,the proportion of patients with different levels of PCT was with statistical difference （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion There could be fine relationship between PCT,CRP and WBC in pa-tients with lower respiratory tract infection.Combined analysis of theses three indicators might be with more obvious significance for the early diagnosis of lower respiratory tract infection.
