摘    要:目的:研究小鼠去卵巢及体内注射17β-雌二醇(E2)后,淋巴结、脾脏和胸腺CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞(regulatory Tcell,Treg细胞)及相关调节性因子Foxp3表达的变化与E2的相关性。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测CD4^+CD25^+Treg细胞功能相关因子Foxp3的表达,CD4^+CD25^+T和CD4^+CD25^+high T细胞数量的变化。结果:E2抑制淋巴结中Treg细胞Foxp3的表达.上调其在脾脏和胸腺中的表达;E2下调淋巴结中CD4^+CD25^+T细胞和CD4^+CD25^+high T细胞的比例,上调它们在脾脏尤其是胸腺中的比例。结论:E2对淋巴结、脾脏和胸腺3种免疫器官中的Treg细胞有不同的调节作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of 17β-estradiol(E2) on CD4^+ CD25^+ Treg cells and the expression of their function relevance factor Foxp3 in the lymph nodes, spleen and thymus in vivo. Methods The expression of Foxp3 and the proportion of CD4^+ CD25^+ T/CD4^+ CD25^+ high T ceils were detected by FCM. Results E2 could inhibit the expression of Foxp3 in lymph node, while upregulate it in spleen and thymus;E2 could downregulate the proportion of CD4^+ CD25^+ T/CD4^+ CD25^+high T ceils in lymph nodes,but upregulate them in spleen and thymus,especially in spleen. Conclusion E2 has different effect on Treg ceils in lymph nodes, spleen and thymus.
