小半夏汤对小鼠小肠推进运动的影响

摘    要:应用炭末推进法研究发现,小半夏汤能促进正常状态下小鼠的小肠推进运动.并能改善由左旋麻黄碱、多巴胺引起的小肠推进减慢,而对芬氟拉明引起的小肠推进功能减弱无效,提示小半夏汤对小肠功能的促进作用可能与多巴胺系统和肾上腺素系统有关。

Abstract:Xiao Banxia Tang, a recipe prescribed in two thousands years ago by Doctor Zhang Zhongjing, is composed of Zingiber officinale and Pinellia ternate. Clinically, it is used for treatment of vomit. In the present study, the effect of Xiao Banxia Tang on charcoal transit in small intestine of mice was investigated. The results showed that Xiao Banxia Tang promoted intestinal propulsion in naive mice and antagonized dopamine and l-ephedrine induced transit inhibition. However, it failed to reverse the transit inhibition induced by dl-fenfluramine. The above results suggested that Xiao Banxia Tang enhanced intestinal transit via the mechanisms of action involved in the dopaminergic and adrenergic, but not the serotonergic, systems.
