摘    要:目的 :探讨牛磺酸对内皮素 (ET)生物学效应的作用及意义。方法 :在整体动物和离体组织观察ET作用和牛磺酸的拮抗作用。结果 :牛磺酸可拮抗ET引起的升压作用 ,抑制ET缩血管和促平滑肌增殖作用 ,减少缺氧刺激引起的ET释放。结论 :牛磺酸能有效拮抗ET生物学效应 ,并抑制其合成释放

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the influence of taurine on endothelin (ET) and its physiological significance.Methods: The action of ET and the influence of taurine in the experiments of animals and isolated tissue were observed.Results: The results showed that taurine administration in the rats effectively inhibited blood pressure (BP) elevation induced by ET, and inhibited vasoconstriction induced by ET. Taurine antagonized ET stimulated proliferation of aortic smooth muscle cells, and taurine significantly inhibited anoxia to stimulat vascular release of ET.Conclusion: It is suggested that taurine can antagonize biological actions of ET effectively, and inhibit the release of ET.
