2010-2012年某院住院患者中药注射剂应用分析

目的：了解某院中药注射剂的应用情况，为临床合理应用中药注射剂提供依据；方法：收集整理2010-2012年该院住院患者中药注射剂使用数据，利用Excel软件对药品的用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）和销售金额等数据进行排序、统计和分析。结果：2010-2012年该院中药注射剂销售金额呈上升趋势，销售金额排序居前3位的依次为理血药、补益药和抗肿瘤及辅助用药。销售金额排序前10位中药注射剂中，除疏血通注射液销售金额下降外，其他中药注射剂均有不同程度的上升。中药注射剂限定日费用（DDC）普遍较高，较高的治疗费用加重了患者的经济负担。结论：中药注射剂在该院临床应用逐年增多，药品结构和，临床应用存在不合理情况。药学工作者应加强中药注射剂品种结构调整和临床用药教育，促进中药注射剂安全、有效、经济的使用。

Utilization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in The Inpatients of A Hospital During 2010-2012

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine injections （TCMIs） in a hospital and provide reference for clinical rational use of TCMIs. METHODS： The utilization data of TCMIs for the inpatients in a hospital during 2010-2012 were collected for statistical analysis with regard to DDDs, DDC, consumption sum and their respective ranking by using EXCEL software. RESULTS： The consumption sum of TCMIs in this hospital showed an upward trend during 2010-2012, with blood-regulating drugs, reinforcing drugs, anti-tumor drugs and adjuvant drugs dominating the first three places on the consumption sum list. Among the top ten TCMIs ranked by consumption sum, all except Shuxuetong injection （which declined in consumption sum） increased in consumption sum at different degree. The daily drug costs of TCMIs＇ were generally high and which resulted in economic burden on patients. CONCLUSION ： The clinical use of TCMIs increased year by year in this hospital, and the drug structure and clinical utilization were irrational to some degre, thus, pharmaceutical workers should attach great importance to the structural adjustment of the varieties of TCMIs and clinical pharmacy education to promote safe, effective and economic use of TCMIs.
