某眼科医院信息系统中门诊处方点评

目的：了解某眼科医院信息系统（HIS）中门诊处方的情况,为持续改进处方质量提供依据。方法：通过对某眼科医院HIS中67 695张门诊处方进行点评,分析出现不合理处方的原因并进行相应干预。结果：通过处方点评和针对性地开展了有效的干预,提醒相关人员注意处方的开具及在调配、发药过程中的注意事项,促进了合理用药,不合理处方数呈现逐月递减趋势。结论：医院可根据基于HIS打印的门诊处方的特点,提出改进处方管理的建议,以提高处方合理率。

Comment on Outpatient Prescriptions in Hospital Information System of an Ophthalmologic Hospital

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the outpatient prescriptions in HIS （Hospital Information System） of an ophthalmologic hospital so as to provide references for continuing improvement of prescription management. METHODS ： Through comment on 67 695 outpatient prescriptions in HIS of an ophtbalmologic hospital, the causes of the irrational prescriptions were analyzed and corresponding intervention measures were taken. RSEULTS： The comment on prescriptions and the effective interventions such as reminding the related staff about the key points in prescribing and dispensing contributed to rational use of drug and the number of irrational prescriptions began to decrease month by month. CONCLUSION ： Some suggestions on improvement of prescriptions can be put forward based on the characteristics of HIS-based printed outpatient prescription so as to improve the qualification rate of prescriptions.
