高效液相色谱指纹图谱在熟地黄质量稳定性中的应用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱在熟地黄质量稳定性研究中的应用。方法:采用LC-10A HPLC仪,依利特Betasil色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%醋酸,检测波长为320 nm,柱温为25℃,流速为1 ml/min,进样量为5μl,梯度洗脱。结果:清蒸和酒炖熟地黄的指纹图谱分别有12个和13个特征峰,2种样品的共有模式图谱相似度较好,质量稳定性高。结论:HPLC指纹图谱法是研究熟地黄质量稳定性的有效手段。

Application of HPLC Fingerprint in Study of Quality Stability of Prepared Rehmannia Root

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study the application of HPLC fingerprint in the study of quality stability of Prepared Rehmannia Root. METHODS: The fingerprint was established on LC-10A HPLC system with acetonitrile-0. 1% acetic acid used as gradient mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml · min- t, detection wavelength of 320 nm, column temperature of 25℃ and sample size of 5 μl in gradient elution. RESULTS : The fingerprints of Prepared Rehmannia Root Processed in steam vs. wine stew had 12 vs. 13 characteristic peaks. The mutual mode of HPLC fingerprints of the two samples showed good resemblance and high stability. CONCLUSION: HPLC fingerprint method was an effective means in the study of the quality stability of Prepared Rehmannia Root.
