普外科清洁手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物分析

目的：了解苍南县人民医院普外科清洁手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物情况，为规范抗菌药物在围术期的使用提供参考。方法：对2012年5月-2013年5月我院l023份清洁手术病例进行回顾性调查，对所得数据进行统计、分析。结果：l023例清洁手术患者中有241例使用了抗菌药物预防感染，抗菌药物使用率为23．56％。214例使用抗菌药物的患者中，有105例抗菌药物品种选择合理，合理率为43．57％；给药时间在术前0．5～2h的有196例，占81．33％；用药疗程≤24h的有188例，占78．01％；无联合用药情况。结论：我院普外科清洁手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物基本合理，但仍然存在着一些问题，需进一步改善。

Analysis of Perioperative Use of Prophylactic Antibiotics in Surgical Patients Undergoing Aseptic Surgery

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics in patients from general surgery undergoing aseptic surgery so as to provide reference for standardizing the perioperative use of antibiotics. METHODS： A total of 1 023 medical records of patients undergoing aseptic surgery from May 2012 to May 2013 in Cangnan People＇s Hospital were reviewed and analyzed statistically. RESULTS： Among the 1 023 cases, antibiotics were used in 241 （23.56%） for infection prevention, of the 241 cases, 105 （43.57%） were reasonable in the choice of antibiotics; 196 cases （81.33%） received antibiotics 0.5-2 hours before surgery; 188 （78.01%） received antibiotics for a duration of ≤24 hours. Non-rational use of antibiotics was noted in none. CONCLUSION： The perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics in patients from general surgery undergoing aseptic surgery in our hospital was rational on the whole yet there are some aspects remain to be improved.
