金标快速法与ELISA法检测HBV的对比分析

目的：探讨金标快速法与酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）法检测HBV的效果，为临床选择一种经济、快速准确、敏感检测HBV的新方法。方法：将2008年9月本院门诊体检的东莞市一所中学5980例新生，并随机分为金标快速法组（210例）和ELISA法组（210例），对两种检测方法进行测定，并对测定结果分别进行比较分析。结果：用金标快速测试法与ELISA法平行检测乙肝HBsAg、抗-HBs、HBeAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc，差异尢统计学意义（Χ^2=0．25、0．10、0．13，P〉0．05；∑Χ^2=0．48，v=5，P〉0．05）；两种方法检测结果HBV五项指标的总符合率分别为98．57％、99．52％、98．10％、95．23％、96．19％以ELISA法为常规法验证金标快速测试法，则金标法的敏感性分别为99．50％、100．00％、98．95％、94.20％、95．65％．特异性为85．17％、99．51％、97．48％、96．03％、96．64％。用金标快速测试条进行乙肝五项指标重复检测，两次检测结果具有较高的一致性。结论：两种方法比较，金标快速测试法较酶联免疫试验法具有简单便捷、快速准确的特点，是一种较好的乙肝病毒五项指标快速测定方法．值得在基层医院大力推广。

Comparative analysis of Jinbiao rapid method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method in measuring HBV
