中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效分析

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：选取本院2009年1月～2010年12月收治的胆汁反流性胃炎患者112例，随机分为治疗组58例，对照组54例。对照组给予多潘立酮10mg/次，每天3次；硫糖铝1．0g/次，每天3次。治疗组在对照组的基础上加有小柴胡汤，1次1剂，1d3次。两组均服用1个月后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗1个月后，治疗组在痊愈率、显效率方面显著优于对照组，总有效率治疗组为94．8％，对照组为77．8％．两组比较差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论：在多潘立酮与铝碳酸镁治疗的基础上，加用小柴胡汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎，效果好于单纯西药组，表明中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎，临床效果显著，有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Combine traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in treatment of bile reflux gastritis

Objective： To study the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） combined with Western medicine （WM） on bile reflux gastritis （BRG）, Methods： Retrospectively analyzed 112 patients with BRG from January 2009 to December 2010. The 112 eases were randomly divided into 2 groups of 58 eases in the eontrol group, 54 cases in common group. The morphine and sucralfate was given in the common group. The dose was 10 mg×3/d and 1.0 g×3/d. The control group was more given xiaohchaihu soup than common group. And contrast the therapeutic effects between two groups. Results：After one month there were significant differences of two groups, P〈0.05, and the rate was 94.8% and 77.8%. Conclusion： The eombine TCM and WM, which is good effect in treating BRG.
