急诊护理工作压力现状分析及对策

随着我国社会经济的不断发展和卫生保健体制改革的不断深入，人们的生活质量不断提高，人们对健康的概念有了全新的认知，人们对护理质量的要求越来越高。因此，当前时期下我国护理工作者就有了很大的压力。本文主要选取了急诊护理工作过程中存在的压力现状进行分析，然后针对实际过程中所存在的现状，提出相应的对策。

Emergency care pressures analysis and countermeasures

Objective： To explore the reasons of emergency care pressure, and to explore the method to ease the pressure of emergency care. Methods： 50 emergency department nurses in three hospitals were given self-made questionnaire to explore the working pressure including work stress, environmental stress, interpersonal stress, pressure and other occupational hazards, questionnaires were all recovered. Results： In the 50 objects, of which 44 cases （88%） cases feel the pressure in work environment, 39 cases （78%） feel pressure in the interpersonal conflict of emergency department, 34 （68%） feel pressure in nursing profession dangerous, 45 （90%） feel pressure in salary, 38 cases （76%） feel pressure in the gap with the other ward nurses; ratio of pressure in nurses with low seniority was significantly higher than the nurses with long work experience, ratio of unmarried nurses feeling more pressure was significantly higher than married nurses, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion： Stress conditions of emergency nurses are severe, the managers should pay more attention, and help nurses ease the work pressure, improve the response capacity and psychological conditions, and ensure care quality of emergency department.
