无痛人工流产麻醉临床分析

摘    要:目的:对比探讨氨酚羟考酮片(泰勒宁)和氯芬待因复方片口服给药在人工流产(人流)中的镇痛效果,并进行分析。方法:抽取本院于2010年1月~2011年1月收治的80名选择自愿接受人流的健康未产妇随机分为两组。实验组40名,口服氨酚羟考酮片。对照组40名,口服氯芬待因复方片。两组均1h后行人流术,并对麻醉疗效进行评定。结果:实验组术后显效32例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率(包括显效和有效)为95%,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:两种方法相比,氨酚羟考酮片或氯芬待因复方片用于人工流产镇痛均有良好效果,但氨酚羟考酮片注入时不良反应轻微,所需量更小,值得研究推广。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the study of oxycodone and acetaminophen tablets(Tai Lening) and baclofen tablets orally administered compound to be due to induced abortion(abortion) and the analgesic effect,and analyzed.Methods:The extraction of our hospital in January 2010 to January 2011 were treated 80 to accept the flow of people voluntarily choose not maternal health were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases of experimental group were given oral oxycodone and acetaminophen tablets.40 cases of control group were given oral baclofen codeine compound tablets.Group 2 underwent abortion were 1 h,and the assessment of anesthetic efficacy.Results:The experimental group was markedly effective in 32 cases,effective in 6 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,the total efficiency(including the markedly effective and effective) was 95%,that was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Both methods,oxycodone and acetaminophen tablets or chlorine tablets for the fun to be a result of abortion compound has good analgesic effect,but of oxycodone and acetaminophen adverse reactions when injected into small pieces,the smaller amount,it is worthy of promotion.
