药物流产482例临床分析

目的：探讨药流效果及药流不全发生原因。方法：回顾482例药流病例临床资料,分析药流效果及相关影响因素。结果：482例药流孕妇中完全流产423例,占87.76%;不全流产51例,占10.58%;流产失败8例,占1.66%。药流效果与年龄、孕产次、妊娠天数、子宫位置及既往分娩方式有关。结论：临床医生在工作中要综合考虑以上因素,针对不同患者选择合适方式终止妊娠,提高药流成功率。

Clinical analysis of 482 cases drug abortion

Objective：To investigate the effectiveness of the drug abortion and the reasons for incomplete abortion.Methods：Reviewed the clinical data of 482 cases drug abortion,and analyzed the effectiveness of the drug abortion and the factors for incomplete abortion.Results：Of the 482 cases,there was 423 cases of completely abortion,accounting for 87.76%;51 cases of incompletely abortion,accounting for 10.58%;8 cases of failed induced abortion,accounting for 1.66%.The age,number of conception,days of pregancy,pregnant uterine position and previous way of delivery could affect drug abortion effect.Conclusion：Clinicians should take the above factors into account and choose the right way for different patients to terminate their pregnancies,in order to improve the success rate of drug abortion.
