CT在妇科肿瘤中的诊断价值研究

目的：探讨CT在妇科肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法：选取2009年12月～2011年5月的50例妇科肿瘤患者为研究对象,将其分别采用CT与超声进行检查,后将两组检查结果与病理诊断结果进行对比。结果：CT在妇科肿瘤的定位、良恶性鉴别、与周围组织的关系及囊性实性、大小方面均较超声有更高的准确性,P均〈0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论：CT在妇科肿瘤中有较高的诊断价值,可显著提高诊断率,为治疗提供依据。

The study on the diagnostic value of CT in gynecological tumor

Objective：To study the diagnostic value of CT in gynecological tumor.Methods：50 patients with gynecological tumor in our hospital from December 2009 to May 2011 were selected as research object,and they were all detected with CT and ultrasound,then the examination results of two groups were controlled to pathological examination.Results：The accuracy of localization,differential diagnosis between malignant and benign,relation with surrounding tissues,cystic and solid and size of gynecological tumor of CT was better than ultrasound,all P0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion：The diagnostic value of CT in gynecological tumor is higher.It can significantly increase diagnosis rate,and it can provide evidence for the treatment.
