新疆某直属机关中老年人群原发性高血压的调查分析

目的：对新疆地区直属机关中老年人群高血压的患病情况及其危险因素进行现况调查。方法：通过体检了解此群体的高血压患病情况,按年龄、性别分组,观察不同年龄、性别与高血压的关系,并观察不同BMI、WC及是否吸烟、饮酒者与高血压患病率的关系。结果：在907名研究对象中检出高血压患者302例（33.30%）,发现血压随年龄增长而升高,男性281例,患病率为34.91%,女性21例患病率为21.57%,其差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;被调查者中,总的知晓率为86.42%（261例）,治疗率为65.56%（198例）,控制率为37.09%（112例）;随着BMI的增加,高血压患病率逐渐升高,其差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。各男、女组腹型肥胖的人群高血压患病率均高于WC正常的人群,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：新疆地区直属机关中老年人群高血压患病率较高,高血压患病率在不同的年龄段有所不同。年龄、性别、体质指数、腰围为高血压危险因素。

Investigation and analysis of Xinjiang directly under the authority of a group of essential hypertension in the elderly

Objective：To investigate and analyze the prevalence of hypertension components among the middle-aged and elderly staffs of Xinjiang.Methods：Through the examination of the high blood pressure sick understand this group,by age,sex group,observe different age,gender and high blood pressure,and the relationship between different BMI,WC and observe whether smoking,alcohol and hypertension incidence relation.Results：Among 907 patients researched object detection in patients with high blood pressure,302 cases（33.30%）.Find blood pressure increased with age,male in 281 cases,prevalence was 34.91%,21 cases of female,prevalence was 21.57 %,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）;In informant,general awareness rate was 86.42%（261 cases）,therapy rate was 65.56%（198 cases）,control rate was 37.09%（112 cases）;Along with the increase of the prealence of high blood pressure,body mass index（BMI） was increasing gradually,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The male,the female group of abdominal obesity rates were higher than the crowd of high blood pressure normal people,WC differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The prevalence hypertension of is very high in middle aged and elderlystaffs of Xinjiang.High blood pressure in different age paragraph prealence of different.Age,sex,body mass index,waist size of high blood pressure risk factors.
