DHS与LCP内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效对比分析

目的：分析应用DHS与LCP内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法：对本院2010年2月～2011年4月收治的52例老年人股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料进行分析，26例患者给予动力加压髋螺钉（DHS）治疗，26例给予锁骨加压钢板（LCP）治疗，比较两组患者的疗效。结果：DHS组患者优10例，良7例，中5例，差4例，优良率为65．4％;LCP组患者优13例，良8例，中4例，差1例，优良率为80．8％。DHS组患者的手术时间明显长于LCP组、术中出血量明显多于LCP组，并发症亦多于LCP组。两组间比较，差异有统计学意义。结论：DHS与LCP内固定是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的有效方法，LCP内固定的疗效优于DHS内固定，值得临床推广。

The efficacy compare and analysis of older intertrochanteric fractures with DHS and LCP internal fixation

Objective： To analyze the application with DHS and LCP internal fixation for the elderly intertrochanteric fractures curative effect. Methods： From February 2010 to April 2011 in our hospital, 52 cases were intertroebanteric fractures in elderly patients, we analyzed the clinical data to 26 patients dynamic compression hip screw （DHS） treatment, 26 cases were given collarbone pressure plate （LCP） treatment, the curative effect of two groups. Results： The DHS groups of patients, optimal in 10 cases, good in 7 cases, middle in 5 cases, poor in 4 cases, dykes for 65.4%; LCP groups of patients, optimal in 13 cases, good in 8 cases, middle in 4 cases, poor in 1 cases, dykes for 80.8%. DHS group of surgery patients significantly longer than the LCP group, peri-operative bleeding than LCP group, complication also more than LCP group. Comparison between the two groups was statistically significant differences. Conclusion： DHS and the treatment of senile internal fixation is LCP intertrochanteric fracture fixation effective method, LCP better therapeutic DHS interual fixation, and clinical promotion.
