手足口病168例临床分析

目的：探讨手足口病的临床特点,加深对本病的认识,提高诊治水平。方法：对2008年5月～2010年12月收治的168例手足口病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：手足口病的高发年龄为5岁以下,每年流行高峰期为5～8月份,本组168例手足口病患者中,一般病例163例（占97.1%）,重症病例5例（占2.9%）,均全部治愈。结论：通过对168例手足口病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,提高了对本病的认识,为进一步做好该病的防治工作打下一定基础。

Retrospective analysis of 168 cases of hand-foot-and-mouth disease

Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristics of hand-foot-and-mouth disease,thus to deepen understanding of the disease and to improve its diagnosis and treatment.Methods：The clinical data of 168 cases of hand-foot-and-mouth disease were treated from May 2008 to December 2010,all were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The high-risk age of hand-foot-and-mouth disease was aged below 5 years old,and peak of the epidemic was in the period between May and August.Among this group of 168 cases 163（accounting for 97.1%） were general cases and 5（2.9%） were severe cases.All the patients were all cured.Conclusion：Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 168 cases of HFMD improves our understanding of this disease,and lays the foundation for further improving disease prevention and control work.
