米非司酮联合中药治疗子宫肌瘤疗效观察

目的：观察米非司酮联合中药治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法：将60例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组30例。对照组患者单纯应用米非司酮治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上应用桂枝茯苓丸辨证加减治疗。观察两组患者治疗后子宫、肌瘤体积与血清性激素变化情况。结果：两组患者治疗后,子宫及肌瘤体积均明显缩小,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后血清性激素均明显降低,但两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：米非司酮联合中药治疗子宫肌瘤临床效果较好,毒副作用小,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation of mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of uterine fibroids

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combine Chinese medicine in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods：60 cases of uterine fibroids were randomly divided into control and treatment groups of 30 patients.Control group patients received simple application of the mifepristone treatment;treatment group patients received Guizhifulingwan on the base of the control group treatment.Uterine fibroids volume and serum sex hormone changes were observed after treatment.Results：The two groups of patients after treatment,uterine and fibroid volume were significantly reduced,there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）;After treatment,serum sex hormone were significantly lower,but showed no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Mifepristone combine traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of uterine fibroids has good clinical effects,little drug side effects,low recurrence rate,is worthy of clinical application.
