| 摘 要： | 目的：观察和分析比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法：将174例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗,对照组采用辛伐他汀治疗,治疗2个月后,观察两组患者的心电图改善程度和心绞痛症状缓解率。结果：治疗2个月后,两组心电图改善情况及心绞痛缓解率比较,差异有统计学意义。治疗组心电图改善程度与有效率均好于对照组。结论：比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of bisoprolol and simvastatin in elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods：174 cases patients were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group were treated with bisoprolol combined simvastatin and the control group were treated with simvastatin.ECG improvement and angina symptoms remission rate of the two groups were compared after 2 months treatment.Results：After 2 months,ECG improvement and angina symptoms remission rate of the two groups were significantly different,with much better results for the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of simvastatin treatment combining bisoprolol in elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris is significant and worthy of clinical application. |
