牙齿与颜面不对称畸形的临床矫治效果分析

目的：探讨牙齿与颜面不对称畸形的临床矫正效果,并分析其机制。方法：回顾性分析本院诊治的24例牙齿与颜面不对称畸形患者临床资料,均采用不拔牙方丝弓技术,对患者的畸形牙齿进行固定正畸矫治的临床治疗。结果：经过矫正治疗后,24例牙齿与颜面不对称畸形患者,在外观、牙齿功能等方面均有明显改善,咬合关系良好。没有出现后遗症和不良反应,治愈率为100%,治疗效果非常满意。结论：牙齿与颜面部不对称畸形,要早期诊断,早期矫治,防止演变成为骨性或软组织不对称畸形。

Clinical effect analysis of teeth and facial asymmetry correction

Objective： To evaluate the clinical results of dental and facial asymmetry correction and to analyze its mechanism.Methods： Retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 24 cases of dental and facial asymmetry who were performed.Non-extraction edgewise technique was used in all the patients as fixed orthodontic treatment.Results： After correction treatment,24 cases of dental and facial asymmetry had achieved significant appearance and dental function improvement and also good occlusion.The treatment results were satisfactory,with no after-effects and adverse reactions and a curative rate was 100%.Conclusion： Dental and facial asymmetry should be given early diagnosis and early treatment to prevent evolution into bone or soft tissue asymmetry.
