对心脏病患者进行非心脏手术麻醉风险的研究

目的：通过对52例患者分析研究,探究降低心脏病患者进行非心脏手术的麻醉风险。方法：从手术类型、患病性质方面开展风险评估,从麻醉方式选择、术中监测、充分准备等方面讨论,并总结常见类型心脏病手术麻醉要点。结果：本院收治的52例心脏病患者进行非心脏手术,未发生一起意外事件。结论：术前充分准备,合适麻醉方法,加强麻醉管理和维持心肌氧供需平衡可有效降低麻醉风险。

Study of heart disease patients undergoing noncardiac surgery risk of anesthesia

Objective：Analyzed of 52 patients to explore the lower heart disease risk non-cardiac surgery anesthesia.Methods：From the type of surgery,illness,nature of risk assessment,from the choice of anesthesia,intraoperative monitoring,fully prepared to discuss other aspects and summarizes the main points of common types of heart surgery anesthesia.Results：52 patients admitted to hospital with heart disease undergoing noncardiac surgery,no accidents occurred.Conclusion：Preoperative fully prepared,appropriate anesthesia,anesthesia management and maintenance to enhance myocardial oxygen supply-demand balance can effectively reduce the anesthetic risk.
