连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过方式治疗蝮蛇咬伤中毒17例

目的：探讨分析连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过（CVVH）对蝮蛇咬伤致急性肾功能衰竭的治疗效果。方法：选择入住本院的蝮蛇咬伤合并急性肾功能衰竭患者17例，在注射抗蛇毒血清和内科常规治疗的基础上给予CVVH治疗，观察治疗前后患者症状改善情况，收集血生化指标，观察治疗过程中出现的不良反应，并对收集数据进行统计学分析。结果：CVVH治疗过程中未出现严重不良反应，17例患者15例存活，1例死亡，1例放弃治疗。CVVH治疗后患者生命体征趋于平稳，肝肾功、心肌酶下降，统计学分析示P〈0．05。结论：在注射抗蛇毒血清和内科常规治疗的基础上给予CVVH治疗能有效改善SAP患者病情，降低死亡率。

Continuous veno-venous hemofiltration in 17 patients caused by belly snake bites

Objective： To analyze the effect of continuous veno-venous hemofihration in 17 acute renal failure（ARF）patients caused by belly snake bites. Methods： Chose the bite in the viper merger with acute renal failure of 17 cases. Continuous veno-venous hemofiltration was performed also with antivenin and traditional treatments. We monitored the changes of symptom, physical sign, laboratory examination and side-effect during CVVH. Results： No severe side-effect was ob- served in the t7 patients treated with CVVH. 15 patients survived, with the survival rate of 88.2%. The level of ALT, AST, CK-MB, BUN, Cr decreased statistical analysis was P〈0.05. Conclusion： CVVH can decrease both complications and mortality in ARF patients caused by belly snake bites based on antivenin and traditional treatments.
