左金丸治疗胃十二指肠溃疡的临床观察

目的：观察左金丸治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将100例胃、十二指肠溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均为胃、十二指肠溃疡患者,各50例。对照组采取传统方法进行治疗30d,治疗组在传统治疗方法基础上加用左金丸进行口服,每服2～3g,每日3次,共30d。结果：胃、十二指肠溃疡患者中,治疗组的总有效率为95%,对照组的总有效率为86%;治疗组1、4d后疼痛缓解率分别为60%和80%,明显高于对照组的20%和40%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：左金丸治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡起效快,疗效好,能较快缓解腹痛,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of Zuojin pills in treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Zuojin pills in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer.Methods：100 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 50 patients for each group respectively.The control group was given conventional treatment for 30 days while the treatment was given 2 to 3 g of Zuojin pills orally 3 times a day for 30 days in addition to conventional treatment.Results：Of the patients with gastroduodenal ulcer,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95% and that of the control group was 86%.The pain relief rates of the treatment group after 1 and 4 days were 60% and 80% respectively,which were significantly higher than 20% and 40% of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Zuojin pills in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer has fast action and good effects and can relieve abdominal pain quicklky,thereby worthy of clincial promotion.
