更昔洛韦、氦氖激光联合治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

目的：观察联合疗法治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法：选择本院2010年1月～2011年1月收治的80例带状疱疹患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,治疗组患者采用联合疗法治疗,0.25g更昔洛韦,每天1次,静脉注射,同时结合应用氦氖激光在疼痛部位及皮损处做直接照射10min,每日1次。对照组患者仅0.25g更昔洛韦,每天1次,静脉注射,连续7d为1个疗程后作疗效评价。结果：7d后治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为90%,而痊愈率分别为95%及70%,两组临床疗效相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：应用抗病毒药及激光联合疗法治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效显著优于单纯抗病毒治疗,具有止痛疗效好、结痂快,且治愈率高、后遗症少等优点。

Clinical effect observation of ganciclovir combined helium-neon laser on herpes zoster

Objective：To observe therapeutic effect of ganciclovir combined with helium-neon laser in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods：Eighty cases of herpes zoster patients from January 2010 to January 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.There were forty cases in each group.The treatment group received ganciclovir and helium-neon laser,ganciclovir 0.25 g one time each day by intravenous injection,applied the helium-neon laser irradiating the painful and broken skin 10 minutes,one time each day.The control group was also given ganciclovir,the same dose.Both groups were treated 7 days continuously.Then made an evaluation of the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After 7 days the total efficient rate of the treatment group was 100% and the contrast was 90%,while the cure rates of the treatment group and the control group were 95% and 70%.The clinical efficacy of the two groups had statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combined treatment can receive better therapeutic effect for the herpes zoster patients,because it can receive quick effect and significantly shorten the course with fast scab,high cure rate and fewer complications.
