CT与MRI在脊柱损伤中的诊断价值对比

目的：比较CT与MRI在脊柱损伤中的诊断价值。方法：选取2008年1月-2011年6月于本院进行治疗的65例脊柱损伤患者为研究对象,将其分别采用CT与MRI进行检查,并与最终手术等治疗结果进行对比。结果：MRI在韧带、脊髓、神经根损伤及软组织、椎体挫伤方面的诊断均优于CT,而CT在椎弓骨折及骨折线方面优于MRI,P均〈0.05,差异均有统计学意义,而两者在脊柱曲度变化方面比较,P〉0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论：MRI在韧带、脊髓、神经根损伤及脊髓、椎体挫伤中的诊断价值要高于CT,但在无移位的骨折线方面次于CT,两者可互相补充提高诊断率。

The comparison on the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in spinal injury

Objective：To compare the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in spinal injury.Methods：65 patients with spinal injury in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2011 were selected as research object,and they were randomly detected with CT and MRI,and the examination results were controlled to surgical results.Results：The diagnosis results of MRI in ligament injury,spinal cord injury,nerve root injury and spinal cord contusion,vertebral contusion were all better than those of CT,but diagnosis results of CT in vertebral arch fracture and fracture line were better than those of MRI,all P0.05,there were all significant differences;and change of spine curvature of two methods were compared,P0.05,there was no significant difference.Conclusion：The diagnostic value of MRI in ligament injury,spinal cord injury,nerve root injury and spinal cord contusion,vertebral contusion is higher than CT,but is worse than CT in vertebral arch fracture and fracture line,the mutual supplement of two methods can improve the diagnostic rate.
