| 摘 要： | 肿瘤微转移的定量检测不仅有助于肿瘤微转移的早期诊断、判断预后,而且为临床指导化疗提供有效的依据。本文主要论述荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测肿瘤微转移的原理、基本程序、提高定量检测准确性的一些手段及其临床意义。

| Abstract: | The quantitive detection of Tumor micrometastasis not only is helpful to early diagnosis and, prognositicjudgement,but also provides an effective evidences for guideness of clinical chemotherapy. The main objective of this paper was to dicuss fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR in detecting tumor micrometastasis about its principles, fundamental procedures, some means in promoting detection accuracy and clinical significances. |
