功能性消化不良患者的心理健康状况调查

目的了解功能性消化不良(FD)患者心理健康水平。方法随机选取2006年1月至2007年1月北京积水潭医院消化内科门诊FD患者80例和正常健康对照者80例,用明尼苏达多相人格调查表(MMPI)对其进行测评,分析两组量表得分的差异。结果MMPI10个临床基本量表中,FD患者的疑病症,抑郁症,癔症,精神衰弱,偏执狂得分均高于正常健康对照组(P均<0.01);女性患者的精神分裂和精神病症两临床基本量表得分均高于正常健康对照组(P均<0.05)。结论FD患者与正常健康者比较存在较多心理问题,治疗消化道疾病的同时更需要进行心理辅导治疗。

Investigation of the psychological health status of patients with functional dyspepsia

Objective To Investigate the psychological health status of the patients with functional dyspepsia (FD).Methods A total of 80 patients with FD were chosen at random from Ji-Shui-Tan Hospital GI department and 80 normal control were selected from January,2006 to January,2007.MMPI was used as assessment tool.Results Patients with FD have higher scores in hypochondriasis,depression,hysterism,psychasthenia and paranoia than normal control group (P<0.01),according to the analysis of 10 clinical scales of MMPI (males and females).Female patients' original scores in spirit consciousness and psychopathy were higher than normal control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with FD have much more psychological problems than normal healthy people.Psychotherapy is necessary for them when we treat digestive disease.Severe patients may take antidepressant for treatment.
