复合性颅脑损伤25例临床分析

目的 报告25例复合性颅脑损伤患者的诊治经验。方法 对25例复合性颅脑损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析研究。结果 25例患者恢复良好6例(24％)，中残4例(16％)，重残10例(40％)，植物生存3例(12％)，死亡2例(8％)。结论 复合性颅脑损伤诊治强调准确、及时的诊断处理，避免漏诊、误治，以降低其死亡率，提高生存质量。

Clinical analysis of 25 cases with compound craniocerebral injury

Objective To report diagnosing and treating experience of 25 cases with compound craniocerebral injury.Methods Clinical materials of 25 patients with compound craniocerebral injury were retrospectively analyzed.Results Six patients (24%) recovered favorably,four patients (16%) were moderately maimed,10 patients (40%) were severely maimed,three patients (12%) lived as plant,and two cases (8%) died.Conclusion Treatment of patients with compound craniocerebral injury should emphasized on rescuing without delay and error.They need comprehensive utilization of multiple treatment,missed diagnosis and delaied treatment should be avoided.All the things mentioned above should be done to decrease the dead rate and increase the life quality.
