可逆性后部脑白质脑病综合征的临床及影像学特征

[目的]探讨可逆性后部脑白质脑病综合征(reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome,RPLS)的临床及影像学表现,以提高其早期诊断能力。[方法]回顾性分析5例RPLS患者的临床及影像学资料。[结果]5例均有突发的血压增高、头痛、癫痫,4例有视觉障碍,1例出现共济失调。CT显示为双侧顶枕叶白质为主的低密度影,同时伴有小脑、脑干受累的2例;MR显示为双侧顶枕叶白质为主的长T1长T2异常信号,FRAIL呈高信号。[结论]突发的血压增高、头痛、视觉障碍和癫痫是其主要临床特点,影像学特征主要为大脑后部脑白质的长T1长T2信号,FRAIL呈高信号。
