| 摘 要： | 目的观察丙种球蛋白辅助治疗麻疹并发口腔溃疡的疗效。方法将72例麻疹并发口腔溃疡随机分为两组，对照组36例，给予蒙脱石粉、锡类散外敷，维生素B2、维生素C口服。治疗组36例，在对照组用药基础上加用丙种球蛋白治疗。结果治疗组总有效率94．4％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论丙种球蛋白辅助治疗麻疹并发口腔清疡有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the adjuvant treatment of measles, gamma globulin efficacy of concurrent oral ulcers.Methods 72 cases of measles complicated with oral ulcers were randomly divided into two groups,control group 36 cases,given montmor- illonite powder Xileisan topical,vitamin B2,vitamin C orally.Treatment group,36 pati- ents in the control group was added based on the drug gamma globulin treatment.Results The total effective rate 94.4%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusions gammaglobulin adjuvant therapy of measles complicated by a significant effect of oral ulcers. |
