骨巨细胞瘤中MMP-9的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶 - 9(MMP- 9)的表达与骨巨细胞瘤血管新生、肿瘤增殖、转移及复发的关系。方法 采用免疫组化法检测 82例骨巨细胞瘤标本 MMP- 9的表达 ,并分析其与肿瘤细胞增殖、血管形成及转移复发的关系。结果 骨巨细胞瘤中 MMP- 9的阳性表达率为 6 5 .85 %。MMP- 9表达强度与微血管密度(MVD)值显著相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,不同 MMP- 9表达组骨巨细胞瘤的复发率、转移率有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,多因素 L ogistic回归分析显示 MMP- 9及手术方式对肿瘤复发有显著影响 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论  MMP- 9的表达与骨巨细胞瘤的血管生成、转移及复发有关 ,可作为判定转移及复发潜能的参考指标

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and its relationship to tumor angiogenesis,invasion and recurrence of giant cell tumors of bone.Methods The expressions of MMP-9 in 82 cases of human giant cell turmor (GCT) of bone were examined using immunohistochemical staining and intratumoral microvessel density was calculated.The expression of MMP-9,microvessel density (MVD) were analyzed with their relations to the invasion and recurrence of the tumor.Results The expression of MMP-9 in GCT of bone was 65.85%,and its expression was found a significant association with MVD(P<0.05).The rate of invasion and the rate of recurrence were significantly different between MMP-9 positive and negative group(P<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that operation methods and MMP-9 were related with recurrence(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of MMP-9 is highly related to the invasion and recurrence of bone GCT,and can be used to predict the recurrence ability and guide the clinical therapy of bone GCT.
