摘    要:<正> 跟腱是“肌—腱—骨系统”的典型结构,是人体执行后蹬、起跳等动作的重要受力器官。跟腱主要由腱纤维组成,每个腱纤维束含有许多小束群,每一小束都由无数胶原纤维特别致密的平行或交织成小束或薄板。这些小束或薄板并非都是平行的,而部分互相倾斜交错或交织组成腱束。所以跟腱具有强大的抗牵引能力。但在一些运动中,跟腱的负荷量很大,加上其他不良因素(如场地过硬、鞋帮磨擦等),使得跟腱损伤常有发生,主要表现为跟腱炎和跟腱断裂。关于这方面的扫描电镜研究,国内外极少报导。


OBSERVATIONS ON NORMAL AND INJURED ACHILLES TENDONS THROUGH SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE
Abstract:This is a report on athletes'normal and injured achilles tendons. In addition to the parallel arrangementsalso found structures of slanting collagenous fibers as component parts of tendon bundles. with a networkof elastic fibers attached to the exterior and cells lying between the bundles and meshes and cytoplasmicprocesses protruding among the bundles. In case of calcaneal tendonitis. the collagenous fibers of tendonbundles showed loose and irregalar arrangements, with small bleeding focus. ruptured lumps and grenu-lations. Besides, cicatrix and hyaline degeneration were also discovered in the ruptured calcaneus tendon.
