廊坊市锰铁冶炼厂厂区和对照区儿童发样中微量元素的对比分析

摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定廊坊锰铁冶炼厂厂区和对照区儿童头发中铜、锌、锰、铁、钙、铅6种微量元素的含量,并进行对比分析。结果表明,厂区和对照区儿童发中微量元素含量有明显差别,特别是锰和锌的差别显著,厂区儿童发中锰含量较高而锌含量较低,由此可以初步判断该厂对周围环境造成了一定程度的污染。测定各元素的相对标准偏差为:Cu2.5%,Zn1.84%,Mn4.1%,Fe1.2%、Pb3.6%、Ca3.84%;加标回收率为:Cu97.3%~103.1%,Zn94.6%~112%,Mn95.1%~101.3%,Fe97.1%~103%,Pb95.6%~102.5%,Ca95.4%~100.3%,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The content of cuprum,zinc,manganum,ferrum,calcium and plumbum in children's hair in Langfang Ferromanganese Smelting Plant and the contrast zone were determined by flame atomic aborsportion spectrometry in this paper.The comparative analysis results shows that there are distinct difference of the content of the trance element in the two different rejions,especialy the content of manganum and zinc.On the contrast,the content of manganum in children's hair in Smelting Plant is higer and the content of zinc is lower than that in the contrast zone.According to the determination results,the pollution of the smelting plant is evaluated comprehensively.The relative standard deviation is Cu 2.5%,Zn 1.84%,Mn 4.1%,Fe 1.2%,Pb 3.6%,Ca 3.84%;The recovery rate is Cu 97.3%~103.1%,Zn 94.6%~112%,Mn 95.1%~101.3%,Fe 97.1%103%,Pb 95.6%~102.5%,Ca 95.4%~100.3%.The result is satisfactory.
