| 摘 要： | 本实验以三唑环为原料,合成了中间体3-烷(芳)基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-均三唑,在此基础上,中间体与羟基特戊酸反应合成新型三氮唑类化合物或配合物,此类新型的三氮唑类化合物或配合物为开发以其为母体的抗真菌药物奠定了基础。经质谱仪检测确证其结构,新化合物已合成。用芳香酸合成均三唑时,对文献工艺进行改进,用环己烷来代替苯,减少了有毒试剂的使用。在反应时间上较参考文献中有所加长,以便使反应更充分,收率提高。第一步反应过程中还要适量补加乙醇,让芳香酸酯化更完全。
