县级医院领衔公立医院改革

作为新医改第一阶段3年的收官之年，到目前为止，16个公立医院改革试点城市中，仍有部分城市未公开其试点方案。在未来不多的时日里，这些试点城市能否交上完美的答卷？由此，2011年公立医院改革试点工作的安排，也就更加值得期盼。

Primary Hospital lead the Way of Public Hospital Reform

Among the 16 pilot cities of public hospital reform, some still have not revealed their implementation plans. At the end of February, General Office of the State Council in China issued the notification of the work arrangement for public hospital reform in 2011, which indicates that four separations is still the key work of health reform in next phase.
