介入治疗联合三维适形放疗治疗肝癌的疗效观察

目的探讨肝癌介入治疗联合三维适形放疗的疗效。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析收治的80例肝癌患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组。结果观察组患者近期治疗缓解率、1年、3年、5年生存率明显高于对照组,观察组毒副反应明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论介入联合三维适形放疗治疗肝癌临床疗效较好,降低毒副反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。
