银杏达莫治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

目的:观察银杏达莫治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPND)的临床疗效。方法:将6 8例DPND患者随机分为两组,各34例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组在此基础上加用银杏达莫注射液静脉点滴,并在治疗16周后观察患者的症状、体征以及神经传导速度的变化情况。结果:治疗16周后,银杏达莫治疗组对改善DPND患者的肢体疼痛、麻木、感觉异常等临床症状的总有效率为89.0 % ,较对照组6 1.3% ,差异有非常显著性(P<0 .0 1) ;对神经传导速度的改善率为5 5 .9% ,较对照组2 0 .6 % ,差异有非常显著性(P<0 .0 1) ,且治疗中未发现不良反应。结论:银杏达莫治疗DPND有明显疗效。

Clinical Observation on Effect of Ginkgo-Dipyidamolum in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Nerve Disease

Objective To observe the clinical effi ca cy of Ginkgo-dipyidzmohum in treating diabetic peripheral never disease (DPND) . Methods Sixty-eight patients of DPND were divided into t wo groups,thirty-four patients in contral group were treated w i th rountine medicine.The others in treated group,on the treatmen t basis of control group,were treated with Ginkgo-dipyidzmohnm b y intravenous infusions.After sixteen weeks,the symptoms and physical signs of patients,never conduction velocity (NCV) were observed. Results After sixteen weeks,the total effective rate in improvin g the clinical symptoms was 89.0 % in treated group and 61.3 % i n contral group.There was a significant difference between two grou ps (P<0.01).The improvement rate for SNCV was 55.9 % in treated group,compared with 20.6 %,the difference between two groups (P<0.01).There is not side effective.Concl usion Ginkgo-dipyidzmohnm in treating DPND has particualy effective.
