三种玻璃离子修复楔状缺损疗效对比

目的:比较国产传统型玻璃离子、进口传统型玻璃离子、树脂改型玻璃离子修复楔状缺损的疗效。方法:将105例321颗楔状缺损牙随机分为A、B、C3组,A组使用国产传统型玻璃离子修复,B组使用进口传统型玻璃离子修复,C组使用树脂改型玻璃离子修复,随访2年后观察疗效并记录。结果:A组有30颗牙修复失败,修复成功率72.0%;B组有16颗牙修复失败,修复成功率85.0%;C组有11颗牙失败,修复成功率89.7%。结论:3种材料各有优缺点,提示应根据临床情况恰当选用。

Comparison of the curative effects among three glass-ionomer cements in the restoration of teeth with wedge-shaped defect

Objective:To compare the clnical curative effects of domestic comventional glass-ionomer,import conventional effects of domestic conventional glass-ionomer,import conventonal glass-ionemer and resin modified glass-ionmer cement in the restoration of teeth with wedge-shaped defect.Methods:105 cases of 321 teeth with wedge-shaped defect were randomly divided into three groups.Group A was restored with domestic conventional glass-inonomer,group B with import conventional glass-ionomer and group C with the resin modified glass-ionomer cement.Their curative effects were evlauated in 2 years after restoration.Results:30 teeth failed in group A,the successful rate of restoration was 72.0%.16 teeth failed in group B,the successful rate was 85.0%.11 teeth failed in group C,the successful rate was 89.7%.Conclusion:Three kinds of material have their own merits and demerits respectively.
