黄花蒿微波预处理对青蒿素提取产率的影响研究

摘    要:目的探讨用微波对黄花蒿进行预处理提取青蒿素的效果.方法采用索式提取法,分别以石油醚、环己烷、120号溶剂汽油为溶剂,对黄花蒿干粉进行有、无微波预处理的青蒿素提取比较实验,考察微波预处理功率、时间以及提取时间对青蒿素提取率、产率的影响.结果与无微波预处理比较,微波预处理可提高青蒿素产率近15个百分点;用120号溶剂汽油为溶剂,微波预处理功率450 W、预处理时间240 s、索氏提取时间6 h,提取率和产率分别达到0.49%和88%以上.结论采用微波预处理黄花蒿干粉,可显著提高青蒿素的提取率.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of microwave pre-treatment on the extraction of arlemisinin. METHODS We compared experiments whether to use microwave pre-treating process to artemisia annua L by Soxhlel Extracting Method with ethanol, petroleum ether or No. 120 solvent oil as extracting solvents. The influence of the pre-treating power and time and the extracting time on extraction rate and yield of arlemisinin was studied. RESULTS The yield of arlemisinin by microwave pre-treatment could enhance about 15% compared with the non microwavepre-treatment process, and when the solvent was No. 120 solvent oil, and the pre-treating power was 450 watts, and the pre-treating time was 240 seconds, and the extraction time was 6 hours, the extracting rate and yield of arlemisinincould attain above 0. 49% and 88% respectively. CONCLUSIONS Microwave pre-treating to artemisia annua L had good effect on the extraction of arlemisinin.
